Saludos mis queridos amigos de Foodies Bee Hive 😁✋💗 En esta oportunidad le quiero compartir unas deliciosas empanadas de caraotas con tajadas. En este post les muestro los ingredientes y receta para hacer las empanadas. 😋

On this occasion I want to share some delicious bean empanadas with slices. In this post I show you the ingredients and recipe to make the empanadas. 😋

Ingredientes:

Harina
Plátano
Aceite
Una pizca de sal y azúcar
Caraotas previamente cocinadas

Ingredients:

Flour
Banana
Oil
A pinch of salt and sugar
Previously cooked beans

Lo primero es en humedecer la masa y amasar constantemente hasta tenerla compacta y homogénea. Al tener la masa lista se debe buscar una bolsa plástica y aplicar sobre ella una capa fina de aceite, esto nos servirá para dar forma a nuestras empanadas. Luego formamos una pelota de masa y aplastamos sobre nuestra bolsa, hasta formar una capa fina de masa.

The first thing is to moisten the dough and knead constantly until it is compact and homogeneous. When you have the dough ready, you should find a plastic bag and apply a thin layer of oil on it, this will help us shape our empanadas. Then we form a ball of dough and flatten it on our bag, until we form a thin layer of dough.

Luego, que tenemos nuestra capa delgada de masa, colocamos nuestro relleno, en este caso utilice caraotas previamente cocinadas y secadas a fuego lento y tajadas las cuales las hice fritando rebanadas de plátano.

Then, once we have our thin layer of dough, we place our filling, in this case I used previously cooked and dried beans over low heat and chopped which I made by frying banana slices.

Al tener lista nuestra masa con su relleno, lo que hice fue dar la forma a la empanada. Esto se logra utilizando un plástico que al tener la masa con el relleno se dobla, uniendo las dos puntas de la masa y cerrándola, y luego con la tapa de una olla pequeña a manera de molde corte los bordes, dando forma de media luna.

When we had our dough ready with its filling, what I did was shape the empanada. This is achieved by using a piece of plastic that, once the dough is filled with the filling, is folded, joining the two ends of the dough and closing it, and then using the lid of a small pot as a mold, cut the edges, forming a half-moon shape.

Lugo de este proceso, lo que sigue es fritar nuestra empanada sobre abundante aceite caliente. se frita por ambas caras hasta ver la masa dorada.

After this process, what follows is to fry our empanada in plenty of hot oil. It is fried on both sides until the dough is golden brown.

Pueden hacer sus empandas con el relleno que mas les guste, lo que si es que son realmente deliciosas, se las recomiendo hacer totalmente 😊 😋
