The ones I've eaten before have the bones stuck to the skin and you can feel them when eating the fish but this one didn't. It may have only had bones in the center of the fish, but since this came already cut, I don't know exactly where I brought them. The good thing is that it came like this because I was able to eat it super easy. Thank you very much for your comment friend, if I find out the name I'll let you know: Regards ♥
