En esta ocasión me salió la oportunidad de hacer una rica sopa y quise compartir todo el proceso con ustedes!
This time I had the opportunity to make a delicious soup and I wanted to share the whole process with you!
Ingredientes / Ingredients
2 kilos de verdura (variada)
4 Muslos de pollo
2 cebollas
1 cabeza de ajo
Cilantro (al gusto)
Ají (al gusto)
1 Calabacín
1 Berenjena
Y unas cuantas hojitas de hierbabuena (para darle gusto)
2 kilos of vegetables (varied)
4 Chicken thighs
2 onions
1 head of garlic
Cilantro (to taste)
Chili pepper (to taste)
1 Zucchini
1 Eggplant
And a few spearmint leaves (to taste)
Preparación / Preparation
Primero se debe limpiar bien el pollo, quitarle la piel y luego lavarlo bien
First the chicken must be cleaned well, remove the skin and then wash it well
Luego se lavan bien las verduras y se ponen a sancochar
Then the vegetables are washed well and parboiled
Luego se pican los aliños ya seleccionados, se sofríen y se lo colocamos a la sopa
Then the selected dressings are chopped, fried and added to the soup
Le colocamos sal al gusto y listo a disfrutar! 🥘
We add salt to taste and ready to enjoy!🥘
