Hello @iamyohann, I find the recipe very interesting, I realize because it seemed to you too sweet, it was because the dates are enough to add the sweetness to the cake, and perhaps half the sugar or even without sugar. I am going to try to prepare your recipe, because I find it interesting, I will start collecting ingredients, but I think I will also omit the sugar.
