Hoy les quiero compartir como realizo la carne guisada para el almuerzo con mi familia . Es una receta muy sencilla de hacer, con muy pocos ingredientes y te aseguro que la carne queda muy suavecita y con mucho sabor.

Today I want to share with you how I make carne guisada for lunch with my family. It is a very simple recipe to make, with very few ingredients and I assure you that the meat is very soft and flavorful.

• Cilantro
• Cebolla
• Cebollin
• Tomate
• Salsa de soja, salsa de ajo y salsa inglesa.

• especias
Nota: no coloco cantidades, puesto a que todo depende de gustos, le puedes agregar más cebolla o menos, si tu quieres; y así con los demás ingredientes.
INGREDIENTS

- Finally I add the blended tomatoes, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic sauce, a little salt and a pinch of sugar to the meat. The measurements are to taste.
- I let it cook for a few minutes until it gets this color. And that's it!
