El día de hoy hice unas deliciosas galletas de chocolate para compartir con mi familia. Llevo tiempo preparandolas con esta receta que la verdad está bastante fácil, no se necesitan muchos ingredientes y son muy deliciosas.

Today I made some delicious chocolate cookies to share with my family. I've been preparing them for a while with this recipe that is really easy, you don't need many ingredients and they are very delicious.

Estas galletas son crujientes pero a la vez suaves, una combinación perfecta, además de si saber verdaderamente a chocolate.

Sin más preámbulo, aquí esta la receta:

These cookies are crunchy but at the same time soft, a perfect combination, plus they really taste like chocolate.

Without further ado, here is the recipe:

INGREDIENTES:

• Cacao en polvo 60gr
• Azúcar 160gr
• Aceite o mantequilla derretida 60gr
• Huevos 2
• 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
• 1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
• Harina de trigo 130gr
• un poco de azúcar glass

INGREDIENTS:

• Cocoa powder 60gr
• Sugar 160g
• Oil or melted butter 60gr
• Eggs 2
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• Wheat flour 130gr
• a little powdered sugar

PREPARACIÓN:
  1. En un recipiente agregas la azúcar, aceite/mantequilla y el cacao, bate hasta integrar bien todo.

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl add the sugar, oil/butter and cocoa, whisk until everything is well integrated.

2. Después incorporas un huevo, bates , agregas la vainill, luego el otro huevo y revuelve, no mucho sólo es para integrar todo.
  1. Then add one egg, beat, add the vanilla and then the other egg and stir, not too much, just to integrate everything.

3. Por último agregas la harina y el polvo para hornear ya cernidos en la mezcla. Revuelves suavemente.
  1. Finally add the flour and the baking powder already sifted into the mixture, stir gently.

4. Tapas la masa con una bolsa y lo llevas a la nevera por 1:30 o 2 horas. Cuando ya culmine ese tiempo lo sacas de la nevera, haces bolitas y las pasas por el azúcar glass.
  1. Cover the dough with a bag and take it to the refrigerator for 1:30 or 2 hours.
    When the time is up, take it out of the refrigerator, make small balls and roll them in the powdered sugar.
5. Por último las llevas al horno a 180°C por 12 o 10 min y listo!
  1. Finally take them to the oven at 180°C for 12 or 10 minutes and that's it!
