Espero se encuentren muy bien y hayan tenido un excelente día. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes como elaborar un rico dulce de lechosa con tan pocos ingredientes.

I hope you are very well and have had an excellent day. Today I want to share with you how to make a delicious sweet milk with so few ingredients.
Ingredientes:
2 lechosas verdes pequeñas
Azúcar
Clavo especies
Ingredients:
2 small green beds
Sugar
Clove species
Lo primero que haremos es pelar las lechosa, cortamos por la mitad y procedemos a tiras ni muy delgadas ni muy gruesas.
The first thing we will do is peel the lechoza, cut in half and proceed to strips neither too thin nor too thick.
Agregamos la lechosa picada en una olla, se le agrega media taza de agua y colocamos a fuego. Tapamos la olla por 20 minutos.
We add the chopped milk in a pot, add half a cup of water and put it over the fire. We cover the pot for 20 minutes.
Procedemos agregar los clavitos y 2 tazas de azúcar. Revolvemos y dejamos cocinar. Si vemos 1ue le falta azúcar le agregamos más. Al ver que está cambiando la textura y el color apagamos el fuego.
We proceed to add the brads and 2 cups of sugar. We stir and let cook. If we see that it lacks sugar, we add more. Seeing that the texture and color are changing, we turn off the fire.
