Hello friends, how are you? I hope so.
The last month was a little busy for me and I ended up not cooking much at home, so I didn't make any posts, now I intend to make other dishes and with that, new posts 😊
Today I'll share a recipe that I usually make when I want to eat a pasta, but not with red sauce, it's great and easy to make.
The ingredients I used in the recipe were enough to prepare a serving for up to 2 people and are as follows:
- 250 grams of Rigatoni noodles
- 200 grams of Shimeji
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons shoyu sauce
- 2 tablespoons English sauce
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
Step 1:
The first step is to put the water to boil the water to cook the pasta, the cooking time of the pasta will vary according to the chosen pasta.
This recipe can be made with other types of pasta such as Spaghetti, Fetucini, Gravata etc...
An important point to note is that the noodles should not be cooked to the end with just the water, we should remove a little before it gets to the point and join with the sauce at the end of the recipe and finish cooking the pasta along with the sauce.
Step 2:
Initially we have to "clean" the shimeji by removing all the white part below, leaving only the top part, as below:
Step 3:
Cut the onion and garlic into very small pieces.
Place both in a frying pan together with 1 tablespoon of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the pan:
Step 4:
After browning the onion and garlic add the cleaned shimeji:
Let the shimeji simmer for a while, and then add the shoyu sauce and the English sauce.
After about 3 minutes the result should look like this:
Step 5:
Add the milk cream and simmer for about 10 minutes until it reduces a bit and add the noodles (which should be almost done by now):
Finish cooking the noodles with the sauce and, if you like, add parsley and chives:
Now just put it on a plate and serve, put peppercorns and Parmesan cheese on top if you like.
I hope you enjoy it.
