Hello my fellow foodies, how is your day going?
Earlier today I decided to prepare spaghetti pasta for lunch and I did it the JOLLOF way. It was very delicious and also very easy to prepare.
This time I added meat to it and it came out great, this is the recipe for it.
INGREDIENT
- SPAGHETTI PASTA
- MEAT
- FISH
- TOMATOES
- curry powder
- dry thyme leaves 🍃
- onions 🧅
- pepper 🌶
- spring onions
- vegetable oil
- salt to taste
- seasoning cubes
- water
- cucumber (optional)
PROCEDURE
Step one
I washed and boiled the meat adding fresh blended pepper, chopped onions, seasoning cube,salt and a little water.
After about 10 minutes, I took it out of the pot set aside to cool down,after that I sliced it into small chunks and fried for about 2 mins and then set aside.
I washed the fish very properly for any dirt and bitter part and also set aside
Step two
washed and blended the tomatoes and pepper into a puree, sliced the spring onions, chopped the round onions.
Afterwards I boiled the pasta adding a little oil and salt for about 15 minutes then I set it aside and proceeded to making the sauce
Step three
Placed a pot on the fire, poured in the vegetable oil after heated poured in chopped onions and spring onions, stir and fry for about 3 mins.
After that pour in the tomatoes and pepper puree. Stir and allow to cook for about 6 mins, add seasoning cube, curry powder, dry thyme leaves, and salt to taste.
Pour in the fried meat and also the washed fish and stir for about 3 mins,
afterwards gradually pour in the boiled spaghetti pasta and mixed for about 10 mins and the pasta is ready to eat.
