Good morning guys! Its the week end again and I hope that you are having a great week end. Here in our place there is a news that states we are back on MECQ and its not good for us working to provide something on the table. But anyways guys, today I'm gonna show you this quick and easy healthy recipe. It is also cheap and delicious. Its mixed veges with some pork to add flavor into it.
So the ingredients that I used for this are:
Mixed veges
Sliced pork
Sliced garlic and onion
Magic sarap
Salt
Cooking oil
Water
Ok so lets start. First step is to saute your sliced garlic and onion in a pan with a cooking oil that you already preheated.
Then next is to saute your sliced pork. You can also put a little salt and magic sarap in it to add flavor to the pork.
Then once your pork is already cooked you can now put your mixed veges, then add little bit of water into it. You can now also add your magic sarap and salt to add flavor into it and then cover it until your veges become tender and cooked.
Just give it a mix from time to time to make sure your veges are cooked properly and equally.
Once the veges are already cooked you can now take it out of the pan and serve to your family and friends.
