Hello foodies beehivers!!

For the past few days I couldn't post and share my yummy recipes here. Work has been really hectic these days. Whether to give a passing grade to failing students had been my dilemma. But even if I give them a passing grade in the end I still have to reconsider and give them a chance. Being a teacher specially during this time isn't easy. So to reward myself from all the stress, I will just cook and share a good meal with my kids.

Every Filipino is very familiar with Pancit and there are actually variety of Pancit. The one I'll be sharing is Pancit Bisaya or Bam-i. I don't know if it differs in taste but I am very sure it is very delicious. And its my family's favorite.

Bam-I is type of noodle dish that originated from Cebu.I will say the difference would be is that Bam-I is a combination of Pancit Canton and Sotanghon Guisado with a twist.

I suggest that you try this Bam-I recipe. You will definitely enjoy this dish.Filipinos believe that Pancit is "Pampahaba ng Buhay", or for longer life that is why we prepare this always on birthdays and special occasions. Share it with your family in meals or merienda. It is easy and fits your budget.

Note: I only used the ingredients available at home. But if you have the budget to use and add other ingredients in your recipe you may. But always remember cook with love.
