Good evening everyone. How is monday treating you? I hope that you are feeling great. It's been a while since I posted something about what I cooked for dinner so now I decided to have something very special for you to have and try.
This dish right here is called Pancit Miki. For me, this is just like a typical pancit canton style of cooking but the difference is I am using pancit fresh Miki as the main ingredient this time.
For this dish all you need to prepare is some sliced pork meat, sliced garlic, onion, red bell pepper, onion leaves and sliced carrots and cabbage and don't forget the fresh Miki.
First things first, saute your garlic and onion into a hot pan with some cooking oil.
Then add your sliced pork meat and saute it until cooked and tender. You can now also add some flavors into it like salt and pepper.
Then now, you can now add your fresh Miki and add little water into it. You don't need to add too much water since pancit Miki doesn't have the ability to soak water into it.
Then next is to add your sliced veggies like carrots and cabbage.
Then you can now also add your red bell pepper and onion leaves since these ingredients can just be easily cooked. Mix it until cooked.
And then that is it guys. You can now enjoy this delicious meal together with your family and friends. It is best to eat it with bread or just rice.
