I've only used chard out of those greens, I'm really looking forward to try amaranth! I'm curious about the taste of Lamb's quarter and Purslane as well 😅
Looks really healthy and yummy, would love to have a bowl of that 'dirty rice'. 😋

Thank you so much! Cooking them together blends it into one very unique flavor. I have come to love this flavor. I think the Lamb's quarter (and its counterpart, nettle-leaved goosefoot) has a very prominent taste and smell. So easy to make and yummy!
