It looks like a burned bun from the first picture but I understood from the title that there should be something valuable inside the post.
Does it have a name? As it's your personal recipe, shouldn't you give it a name?
It feels nice knowing about your passion about cooking.

There's an animation movie named Ratatouille where a rat became the chef helper of a restaurant and the rat kind of selected every single ingredients of a meal and that meal got too famous and the Mal itself was called Ratatouille.
When I was trying for a name, I remembered about that and I tried to make the name a little similar so I added the part toullete which sounds similar to toullie with bun and it's Buntoulette.
