Hello dears, Assalamualikum. Hope you all are well by the grace of almighty. I am also fine. Some of my busyness, I can't spent time in this platform. But, I always try to do something for showing with all of you.

Today, I am able to do something. I am coming with a new recipe and it is a common and easy recipe in our country. So, let's see my recipe.

Crispy egg pitha

It is very easy to make crispy egg pitha with eggs and flour. Today I made this pitha. Here's the ingredients and methods of making this pitha.

Ingredients for this pitha:-

  • Eggs - 4
  • Flour - 3 cup
  • Rice powder- 1 cup
  • Sugar - 5 tablespoon
  • Salt- 1 teaspoon
  • Powdered milk- 1 tablespoon
  • Black cumin- 1 teaspoon
  • Oil - For frying

Dough making: -

In a large bowl I broke the eggs. I beat the eggs with the help of a handwings. Beat it again with sugar and salt so that the sugars are well mixed with the eggs. Then I mixed it again with powdered milk and black cumin.

I added some flour to this liquid mixture and mixed it. I gave 1 cup of rice powder. I kept mixing, giving flour. At one point the flour and liquid mixture came out like a dough, not too hard, again not too soft. I covered this dough for a while.

Making pitha bread:-

After a while I took a small lentil from this flour dough and made bread with moth well. The size of the bread is not too big, making it too thin will tear the dough while making it. So I made it properly.

Making pitha design: -

After making the bread, I cut the bread with the help of a pitha cutter and made the pitha with different designs. I made these pithas in a few different designs. I made all the pithas and put them in a big tray with paper. I kept the pithas a little empty so that one pitha would not stick to another. I cut all the pithas like this.

Frying the pitha : -

I took some oil for frying in a frying pan, put it in the oven and set it on fire. When the oil got hot, I left the pithas one by one. I kept frying them in medium flow. When they turned brown while frying, I took out the oil and took it with the help of a sieve. I fried all the backs in the same way.

Made, crispy egg pitha. It's very crispy and tasty. It can be stored for many days, leaving it in an airtight box.
