I made a burger again with an egg, just because I can and it came fresh from the neighbours hen house. This time I made a salsa with pecorino cheese and onions.
On a white bun with a beef burger, seasoned with garlic, soy and sesame. We bake our burgers in 100% cream butter, not good for the diet but he all for the bite.
The cheese melted together with all and the salsa had a bite. Simple, easy and quickly made and a mum special, and much appreciated.

Hello @brittandjosie There you go again with that burger. Juicy and mouth-watering. I just love burgers. I don't like the traditional ones. I like to prepare my own so that I can use different ingredients for the condiments to meat and bread to extra pile on.
I see your meat ingredients are soy sauce and sesame. That's unusual for me. But I feel it changes the taste of the meat.
A home-made burger is one for the imagination. I've never eaten my burger with egg. Only a breakfast sandwich with egg and bacon.
