hello everyone
yesterday was the anniversary of my grandmother's death. my mother does charity for my grandmother every year .
we distribute it to neighbors, relatives, residents of our site, whether we know them or not. we made pancakes this year.
we also made semolina porridge, but I didn't have a chance to pull it out. we made the pancakes with herbs. there is spinach, spring onions,
tangle in it. there is a little salty curd. we put all the ingredients raw. i came to my parents in the morning to have breakfast.
even though I arrived early, we were able to finish at about 6 o'clock for two people. we made the pancakes on the hair. we took out about 50 pancakes.
mom's friends were coming over tonight, and there'll be 10 of us. we've only done as much as we can to make it enough. mom makes a lot of brioche bread.
that's why he bought this hair. and it became easier. he was trying to do it on the january otherwise. it's easier to make, it doesn't tire you out. by the way, my mom's making a really good decaf.
we made it out of his own flour. he didn't use a ready-made yufka. mom opened the pancakes. so I took care of the cooking.
later, a friend of my mother's came to help. he took care of the cooking for a while. I'll tell him some how they did. we lubricate the first hair, lay it on the pancake.
we often turn it over, we grease it on both sides of the pancake from the first turn. we use sunflower oil. we put some of the cookies in chili peppers because some of us like it spicy.
we made a yufka in the children's room and put dec between it. we also made tahini molasses. friends, we had a rehearsal, but I didn't have a chance to shoot like I said. we would have fired the halva with oil until it got its color.
then we add the free juice. we mixed it up again until it ran out of water. we mixed it up so that each of us read a prayer. we put it in halva and added it in walnuts, it was very nice.
we made the serbet for 6 cups of sugar and water.
