Muchas veces en la semana por todas las actividades que realizamos terminamos realizando un menú normal, por eso cuando llega fin de semana al estar toda la familia en casa realizamos comidas diferentes.

I started by placing the sausages in water to cook them, then we let it boil and with that same water, we put a strainer on top of the pot because with the steam that emanates we heat the breads and so they are very soft.
Inicié colocando las salchichas en agua para cocinarlas, luego dejamos que hierva y con esa misma agua, colocamos un colado arriba de la olla ya que con el vapor que emana calentamos los panes y así quedan muy suavecitos.
Meanwhile we cut the onions into small squares, as well as the cabbage and the carrot, we grate it, we proceed to join the sauces and create the pink sauce. The eggs are scrambled and the avocado is cut into slices.
Mientras tanto cortamos las cebollas en cuadritos, al igual que el repollo y la zanahoria la rayamos, procedemos a juntar las salsas y creamos la salsa rosada. Los huevos los hacemos revueltos, el aguacate lo cortamos en rodajas.
The way to assemble the dogs varied a lot, for the youngest children they wanted it only with sausage and pink sauce, some adults put bread, sausage, cabbage, sauce and avocado, others did not put avocado but scrambled eggs, definitely tastes vary but thanks to the Universe we all eat very well.
La forma de armar los perros variaron mucho, para los niños más pequeños lo quisieron solo con salchicha y salsa rosada, algunos adultos le colocaron pan,salchicha, repollo, salsa y aguacate, otros no le colocaron aguacate sino huevos revueltos, definitivamente los gustos varian pero gracias al Universo todos nos alimentos muy bien.
