Hola querida comunidad de hive!🙌🏻💓
Hello dear hive community!💓
Today I want to share with you a delicious meal, which I personally think is easy to do! I expected to eat tasty but different, because I tried to make Chinese rice with what I had at home, accompanied by fried chicken in the air fryer.
Preparación del pollo:
Chicken preparation:
- Chop the chicken into pieces and season it to your liking, in my case I did it with oregano, salt, garlic and ground chili
- It is then breaded, it is usually made with breadcrumbs but in this case I did it with flour, in a plate add the flour, a little salt, oregano and pepper if you wish.
- You put it in the air fryer at 180 ° for 20 minutes, you turn it for about 20 more minutes and that's it. However, you can be checking to see how it goes after the first 20 minutes, that will depend on how golden and crisp you like.
Preparación del arroz:
Rice preparation:
The first thing is to make a loose rice al dente, if you can have it done hours before or a day before much better.
Chop chicken, meat or pork into small pieces, if you have the 3 pikes, a little of each.
You season that chicken to taste but with a little soy sauce. Then you add the rice little by little. Adding the two types of soy sauce (one for flavor and the other for color)
You add 2 eggs and keep moving. (Ajinomoto is added, also called Chinese salt, as I did not have at home, it was not added)
You add a little chives and ready to eat!
I hope you like it as much as I do, if you get to prepare it, tell me how it turned out, greetings to all!
Looks delicious and a lot more healthy than deep frying I would imagine.
