SPONGE CAKE WITH PARCHITA[ESP/ING]

Friends of Foodies Bee Hive, today I prepared a delicious sponge cake made with flour, eggs and sugar bathed with Parchitas juice. Here is the recipe

INGREDIENTS

08 eggs
03 cups of flour
03 cups of sugar
03 Parchitas
01 sachet of baking powder
01 little vanilla
01 a little margarine

PREPARATION

Break the 8 eggs by adding the egg whites in a bowl and reserving the yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff.

Amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, hoy preparé un delicioso Bizcocho hecho con harina, huevos y azúcar bañado con jugo de Parchitas. Aquí les dejo la receta

INGREDIENTES

08 Huevos
03 Tazas de harina
03 Tazas de azúcar
03 Parchitas
01 sobre de Polvo de hornear
01 poco de vainilla
01 poco de margarina

PREPARACIÓN

Los 8 huevos se parten agregando las claras en un bol y reservando las yemas, esta claras se baten a punto de suspiro

Add the 8 egg yolks to this mixture and when it is ready, add 2 cups of sugar and continue beating.

Esta mezcla se le echan la 8 yemas y se baten cuando este lista se le agregan 2 Tazas azúcar y se sigue batiendo

Then add the 03 cups of flour and beat with a paddle in an enveloping way, that is, from the bottom upwards, when it is mixed, add half of the sachet of baking powder and a little vanilla, beat again a little.

Luego se agregan las 03 tazas de harina y se baten con una paleta en forma envolvente osea de abajo hacia arriba cuando este mezclado se le coloca la mitad del sobrecito de polvo para hornear y un poco de vainilla, se vuelve a batir un poco.

In a medium Tortera put a little margarine and a little flour, shake gently and it is ready. Pour all the beaten mixture and put it in the oven for 15 minutes or when you put a wooden stick in it and it comes out dry, this cake cooks fast.

En una Tortera mediana se le coloca un poco de margarina y un poco de harina se agita suavemente y queda lista. Se le echa toda la mezcla batida y se mete al horno por 15 minutos o cuando le meten un palito de madera y salga seco, este bizcocho se cocina rapido.

The 03 Parchitas are cut in half and passed through a strainer removing all the juice, then add the remaining cup of sugar, a little water and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Las 03 Parchitas se cortan por la mitad se pasan por un colador sacándole todo el sumo, luego se le echa la Taza de Azúcar restantes un poco de agua y se revuelve hasta disolver el azúcar
Listo el jugo

When the cake is ready, take it out of the oven, prick it all with a fork and bathe it with the parchita juice and put it in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour in the same pan after it is cold, crumble it.

Cuando el Bizcocho esté listo se saca del horno se pincha todo con un tenedor y se baña con el jugo de parchita y se mete al refrigerador por 1/2 hora en la misma tortera después que este frío se desmorda
