Today early in the morning there was a knock on my door and when I opened it it turned out that it was my brother-in-law who gave me a giant courgette. I was amazed at its size and well I said to myself, Wow, I'm going to cook it with meat in small pieces that just by imagining it made my mouth water 🤤😊🤭
Hoy temprano en la mañana me han tocado la puerta y cuando abrí resulta que era mi cuñado me ha regalado un calabacín gigante yo me quedé asombrada con su tamaño y bueno me dije Guao lo voy a guisar con una carne en trocitos que de solo imaginarme se me hizo agua la boca🤤😊🤭

My next step was to go to the fridge to see what types of dressings were available and this is what I found..🧅🫑🌶️🧄
Mi siguiente paso fue ir a la nevera a ver qué tipos de aliños disponía y esto fue lo que encontré..🧅🫑🌶️🧄
first step chop the dressings into squares (onion, peppers and paprika)
**primer paso picar los aliños en cuadritos (cebolla,ajíes y pimentón)
*Second step take the zucchini and open it in half
*Segundo paso tome el calabacín y lo abrí por la mitad
*Third step remove all the seeds that only the pulp of the zucchini remains
*Tercer paso sacarle todas las semillas que solo quede la pulpa del calabacin
*Fourth step chop the meat into small pieces
*Cuarto paso picar la carne en trozos pequeños
Fifth step in a pressure cooker introduce all ingredients Meat Aliños and the zucchini More condiments (salt curry color)
Quinto paso en una olla de presión introducir todos los ingredientes la carne los aliños y el calabacin más condimentos (sal curry color)
Finally, cover all the components with water, cover the pressure cooker for 15 minutes and that's it.
ya por último paso cubrir con agua todos los integrantes tapar la olla de presión por un tiempo de 15 minutos y listo
