(ENG-ESP) RICH EASY AND NATURAL ICE CREAM OF BANANA/RICO HELADO DE CAMBUR FACIL Y NATURAL

A thousand blessings my dear foodies hive, today I want to show you how to prepare a delicious ice cream, it has a very creamy texture and is completely natural, it does not even require sugar since it is made from banana which gives it all the necessary sweetness .

To prepare it we need the following ingredients:

2 large frozen bananas
50 ml of liquid milk
20 gr of Oatmeal in flakes (it is optional, I add it to give it >greater nutritional value)

To decorate you can use what you prefer, it is optional, in my case I used:

Chocolate
sparkler colors
Flaked oats

Let's start the preparation:

We cut the frozen bananas into lines and place them in the blender with the milk, the oats and begin to blend at high speed until it reaches a homogeneous consistency.

Mil bendiciones mis querida colmena foodies, hoy le quiero enseñar la preparacion de un helado riquisimo, queda con una textura bien cremosa y es completamente natural, incluso no requiere de azuecar ya que se elabora a base de cambur el cual le aporta todo el dulzor necesario.

Para prepararlo necesitamos los siguientes ingredientes:

2 cambures grandes congelados
50 ml de leche líquida
20 gr de Avena en hojuelas (es opcional, yo la agregue para darle mayor valor nutricional)

Para decorar puedes usar lo que prefieras, es opcional, yo en mi caso utilicé:

Chocolate
chispitas de colores
Avena en hojuelas

Comencemos la preparación:

Cortamos en trazos los cambures congelados y los colocamos en la licuiadora con la leche, la avena y comenzamos a licuar a velocidad alta hasta que alcance una consistencia homogenea
