This time I want to share a foodie content, this is our dish yesterday in the afternoon and I am the cook. Paksiw na Tilapia.
Here are the ingredients in cooking paksiw:
3 tilapias
3 pieces of tomatoe
2 garlic
½ teaspoon salt
6 cups of water
½ tablespoon vinegar
I also wanna share my process of preparing this dish.
So first, clean the tilapia and remove the intestines of the fishes, their scales and their blood.
Chop each tilapia into three pieces then wash them thoroughly. So after that, prepare the other ingredients.
I picked three pieces of tomato and two garlics, then washed them with a clean water. Slice the tomato and garlics then combine it in the pot together with the tilapia.
I seasoned it with ½ teaspoon salt and ½ tablespoon vinegar. I also added ¼ cup of water then I already placed it in stove then started the fire.
After 5 minutes, I added half cup of water then I waited until it was finely cooked.
So that was all the process I have done and that's all for today's blog.
