Hello fellow hiveans!
I'm sharing a simple recipe for today, I prepared this dish for dinner. This is an Ilocano recipe called pakbet or pinakbet.
•Ampalaya
•Okra
•Sitaw
•Patola
•Kamote
•3 tbsp Ground pork
•2 Tomato
•1 Onion
•3 Cloves Garlic
+
•3/4 cup of water
•2 sandok na Bagoong Sauce
•2 pinch Magic Sarap
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil
• Sauté the ground pork meat in hot olive oil.
• Sauté the chopped rekados in the same pan. First add the garlic until golden brown in color, next add the onions until you smell their aroma, then sauté the tomato until it become juicy.
• Pour ¾ cup of water. Add 2 ladle of bagoong sauce and 2 pinch of magic sarap.
• Add all the chopped and sliced vegetables on the pan and cover with lid. Set the fire in medium and wait until all vegetables are finely cooked.
