Practicing Low-Carb Diet to achieve a more physically fit & healthy body!
In 2020, during the Coronavirus pandemic, I made a lot of realizations. And one of those realizations in life is to take care and maintain a healthy body. I've realized how important it is to practice a healthy lifestyle especially eating more healthy foods as early as now while it is not yet too late. And I am glad that up until now, year 2023, I still have those thinking and eagerness to keep a healthy body.
Today, I will be sharing with you what low carb foods I usually ate the whole day.
For my breakfast, I usually prepare boiled banana and zero-fat fresh milk. Or sometimes when I am really hungry in the morning and I have something heavy to do, I usually have some sandwich, which I know have somehow high amount of saturated fats, sodium, and also sugar but it's okay as long as I ate this kind of food rarely and I considered this as my cheat day already. There's also boiled egg and steamed chicken breast that was seasoned with ground pepper and salt on my plate together with the sandwich. And in addition, since breakfast is considered as the most important meal of the day, I just usually ate this kind of food in the morning and I always make sure to eat and prepare healthy and low-carb good at lunch and dinner.
When I am not in the mood to have some zero fats fresh milk, I usually prepare my go-to drink which is the honey-lemon warm water. I considered it as my tea and go-to drink as it was just easy to prepare and very healthy.
For my lunch, I usually have some boiled yellow corn, boiled quail eggs, one banana, once yakult for my probiotics, and also my go-to drink lemon water. Or sometimes I usually prepare a simple veggie salad. A combination of sliced cocumber, carrots, and lettuce.
And lastly, for my dinner, I usully eat zero fat ground tuna and gruits. Since it was only for dinner, I usually have some light foods as I will not be doing any heavy thing anymore and what I jusy need to do is to prepare to sleep.
That's all for today loves! See you again on my next food adventure! Gracias!
