Hey there, fellow hivers! I hope you're all doing well. Today, I'd like to share a low-carb dinner recipe that I really enjoy. I like variety in my food, so I made three different dishes. Considering that I only eat once a day, a feast is only appropriate. Teeheee!
Recipe 1: Cabbage Pizza
Ingredients
- prawns
- eggs
- cabbage
- mozarella cheese
- white onion
- spring onion
Procedure
- Chop the cabbage into small bits
- Chop the spring onions
- Chop the onions
- Beat the eggs
- In a bowl, mix them altogether
- Heat the pan and pour small amount of oil
- Pour enough mixture in the pan
- Top with some Mozarella cheese
- Let cook in slow fire
- Flip on the other side to cook
Recipe 2: Air Fried Salmon
Ingredients
- Sliced salmon
- lemon juice
- pepper
- salt
- parsley leaves
Procedure
- Put half a tbsp of lemon juice on the sliced salmon
- Sprinkle some salt
- Sprinkle some pepper
- Sprinkle some dried parsley leaves
- Put in the airfryer and set for 8-10 minutes to cook
Recipe 3: Air Fried Pork belly
Ingredients
Pork belly
pepper
salt
laurel leaves
Procedure
- Boil the pork belly with some peppers, salt and laurel leaves until tender
- Once tender, remove from the water and strain to dry
- Put in the air fryer to cook for at least 20-30 mins depending on the amount
and thickness of the meat.
