Wow I don't know that frying bangus can be done like that, my siblings prefer a grilled bangus since those spices inside give taste to the meat. Happy birthday to your husband, it's better to celebrate simple to save money for important matters.

Indeed @chikakiku! I also tried grilled bangus with the same spices inside, it's delicious too but we discover that if it fried the skin of the fish will not get burn and still it could be eaten.
