Hey food lovers,
Today I prepared Tandoori Chicken pizza for dinner. It was soo delicious. Here I will give you the recipe. You also can try it.
Topping - INGRADIENTS
π300g chicken breast ( cut into thin, small bite-sized pieces)
π1/4 cup plain, whole milk yogurt
π1/2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
π1/2 tbsp crushed garlic or paste and crushed ginger or paste
π1 tbsp neutral oil such as canola or grapeseed
π1or 2 tsp tomato paste and soya sauce
π1/2 tsp sea salt, depending on tandoori masala powder
π1 tbsp Tandoori masala powder or spicy powder
π1 tsp paprika powder (if you have)
STEP 1
First, small sized chicken pieces should be mixed with the above ingredients and Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.
This is after marinating.
STEP 2
Then deep fry the chicken or keep it in your oven for 15min for 250 c.
This is after deep fry.
STEP 3
Let's prepare the pizza crust. Collect all the ingredients listed below.
PIZZA CRUST - INGRADIANTS
π2 Β½ cups bread flour
π1 1/2 tsp salt
π1 tsp sugar
π2 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
π1 cup warm water, around 100-110Β°F
π2 1/4 tsp standard packet active dry yeast
STEP 4
Combine the warm water, yeast and sugar in a small bowl. Then ,Stir once and set aside for about 5-10 minutes or until foamy like below.
STEP 5
Add the flour, salt, and olive oil to a stand mixer fitted with a dough attachment. Begin the mixer, then gradually add the water/yeast mixture. Knead the dough until it is elastic and smooth.
STEP 6
Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm, draft-free place to rise for about an hour, or until the dough doubles in size.
(Ohh..I forgot to take a photo here... so sorry)
STEP 7
In oven tray , Pizza dough can be arrange like this as you preferred thickness.
STEP 8
Then pizza Sause spread in the pizza dough.
STEP 9
Then spread fried chicken , onions, cheese and your favorites.
STEP 10
Then bake for 15-30 minutes in the oven. After that the pizza will be like this.
It is soo good and you can also try.
No need to pay for restaurants or Pizza huts to taste it....
Simple and easy cooking.....
