Baranggay Seoul is located in IT Park, offers a wide range of Korean dishes. It's the most budget- friendly Korean restaurant I've ever been to; for just 150 pesos, you can enjoy authentic Korean meals and feel like you're in Korea or in a kdrama. The cafeteria-style setup at Baranggay Seoul allows you to select the dishes you want, like constructing your own meal. Additionally, they provide complimentary water inside the restaurant, helping us save even more money.

My friends and I chose to eat here because we were on a budget and find a nearby budget friendly restaurant. As we entered the restaurant, the tempting aroma from the dishes served in the corner captivated us. The atmosphere made me feel like I was in a cafeteria at one of the universities in Korea due to the restaurant's layout and decor. The restaurant has a studio-style design that attracts diners because of its aesthetic and cozy ambiance. For just 150 pesos, you can enjoy a meal that includes rice, one main dish, two sides, and a soup. I selected sweet spicy pork, coleslaw, braised potatoes, and tteokboki, with kimchi soup as my choice for the soup.

The restaurant's ambiance is soothing, enhanced by the warm lighting that brings a sense of relaxation. Personally, I prefer warm lights over white ones because they are gentler on my eyes, even if they can make colors appear less vibrant. We had a great time enjoying our meals at Barangay Seoul, and we even shared our dishes since we ordered different meals.

My honest feedback about this Korean restaurant is that when we arrived, one of their tables was poorly functioning due to a leak in the roof, which making the guests from not wanting to eat because of the mess. It is a potential risk for diners as the floor was slippery from the continuous dripping water. At that moment, we didn't have any option other than to sit at a table affected by the leakage. Certain corners of the restaurant were quite dirty, with plastic and bottles scattered near the air conditioning unit. The restroom was unavailable for guests, making the restaurant less accommodating for those who need to use it.

However, overall, the food and the experience were fantastic; perhaps at that time, it wasn't the best decision to dine there, but hopefully now they have resolved these issues and made the restaurant more appealing and functional for customers. The food was delicious and outstanding. All of their dishes had the same Korean flavor, contributing to the restaurant's popularity among many customers. My favorites were the sweet pork and coleslaw; I truly loved the taste of these two. They reminded me a lot of the sweet pork from Korea and coleslaw from the supermarket.

We didn't sit for a longer time because the restaurant was in rush hour, meaning many customers were continuously dining in, keeping the staff busy and requiring tables to be cleared quickly for the next customers.

And that's the end of my food blog! Thank you for reading! Have a nice day Hivers, see you at my next restaurant dining experience. Ciao!
