COOKING CHICKEN CALDERITA

Hello everyone,

They say food is life. Yes it is. And because food is life most of the time we cooked nutritious and delicious food and also we visit restaurants to taste their specialties. And if we talk about specialties, I also have specialties not only as delicious as they cook but still special because I worked hard and prepared for my beloved.

And I want to share with you my specialty dish chicken calderita. It is my specialty because it was the first time I learned to cook dish and I am not expected that my daughter immediately liked it. At that time I was happy because my daughter was very picky about food.

And also because of hive I learned a lot of recipes and increased my knowledge of cooking so I am thankful to hive.

Anyway lets start preparing our ingredients for my recipe to share today.

Here are the ingredients and recipe.

1 KILO CHICKEN

1/2 CUP TOMATO SAUCE

SALT, AJINOMOTO, MAGIC SARAP, GROUND PEPPER

1 1/2 TBSP BROWN SUGAR

1/2 CUP OF WATER
COOKING OIL FOR SAUTEE

COOKING PROCEDURE

In a hot pan put oil, saute garlic, onions and cook it until golden brown.

Add the green pepper and saute a while. And add the chicken and mix well. Cover it until it's own broth comes out.

And the broth is little add water and put the chicken knor cubes and squeeze into the spoon. Add the carrots and pineapple chunk and mix well and cover.

And if the carrots are half cooked put tomato sauce followed by the seasonings like salt, ajinomoto, magic sarap, ground pepper, sugar and mix well and taste it.

And add the potato mix well and cover. And wait for the broth to shrink and remove it from fire and serve.

NOTE If you dont like sugar you can replace it a little condense or cheese. It depends on you. I used sugar because i forgot to buy cheese and I have no condense.

The taste is good according to my mom and my daughter and even my neighbors loved my dish.
