Wonderful day have all my beautiful loves, I am happy once again to share with you all a succulent recipe, red beans stew with sausage accompanied by white rice and fried plantain, since I had in the pantry these beans for more than a week I set out to prepare them and this time I stew them with sausage, this is a very good option to enjoy some red beans plus we will be sure and confident that we will not be feeding nutritiously.

Ingredients:
Red beans, rice, onion, onion, paprika, sweet chili, scallion, garlic, oil, oregano, sausage, plantain.

Ingredientes:
Caraotas rojas, arroz, cebolla, pimentón, ají dulces, cebollín, ajo, aceite, orégano, salchichas, plátano.

How to prepare:
Put to soak the beans approximately one hour before then we are going to put it to the fire in a cauldron with water to parboil then we proceed to peel and chop the seasonings in small squares like onion, paprika, sweet bell pepper, chives, we also crush the garlic and we incorporate it to the beans in the same way we add a little oil, oregano, salt to taste, then the sausages that were previously chopped in medium squares, we must stir to unify the flavors, cover and leave to cook for about 20 minutes approximately until our stew is moderately thick, like a broth, on the other hand we will peel and chop the plantains into large slices and we will proceed to fry in a pan with enough oil well preheated, where we will have to turn and remove from heat when they are cooked / browned in the case of rice we will throw it in a pot, put it on the fire with a little oil then we pour the amounts of water needed with salt to taste, a few grains of garlic and onion slice this with the intention of giving a better flavor we must cover and leave cooking until soft and dry the water, having everything ready we are ready to serve our dish, being as I present in the different images.

Mmh...this looks so yummy.
The taste of that plantain, the sausage and everything. It looks nice and I'm sure it would taste nice too.

How long did it take you to prepare this?

@jessicaossom it really tastes delicious and I love bananas, approximately 1 hour and a half cooking time.

Wow, that's amazing

I am a lover of grains, I like it better when they give it to me hahaha. Your food looks delicious.
