Happy Sunday have all my beautiful loves today I bring you the preparation of a healthy dinner, a warm atol with oatmeal, cinnamon and chocolate chip rain, this is a quick and easy dish to prepare which will allow us to dine in a different way, something light and this dish can be accompanied with soda crackers or a toasted bread.

Feliz domingo tengan todos mis amores bonitos hoy les traigo la preparación de una saludable cena, un calientito atol con avena, canela y lluvia de chispas de chocolate, este es un platillo rápido y fácil de preparar el cual nos va a permitir cenar de una manera diferente, algo ligero y este platillo lo podemos acompañar con unas galletas de soda o con un pancito tostado.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour, powdered milk, oatmeal, sugar, cinnamon powder/stick, chocolate chip rain, salt, water, vanilla.

Ingredientes:
Harina de trigo, leche en polvo, avena, azúcar, canela en polvo /palo, lluvia de chispas chocolate, sal, agua, vainilla.

Preparation:
In a bowl with water we add 2 1/2 tablespoons of wheat flour we beat constantly to not have lumps then we incorporate 3 tablespoons of milk, 2 1/2 of sugar, 2 tablespoons of oats we proceed to blend to obtain a mixture on the other hand, we are going to place a pot with water, We are going to place a pot with water, cinnamon stick and a pinch of salt, let it boil, we add the mixture previously prepared, we add a dash of vanilla and stir constantly until it boils, when our atol is ready, we will proceed to serve it in a glass bowl, we will sprinkle the cinnamon powder, the chocolate rains and decorate it with the cinnamon sticks.

Preparación:
En un bol Con agua agregamos 2 1/2 cucharadas de harina de trigo batimos constantemente para no tener grumos luego le incorporamos 3 cucharadas de leche, 2 1/2 de azúcar, 2 cucharadas de avena procedemos a licuar para obtener una mezcla por otro lado, vamos a colocar una olla con agua, canela en palo y una pizca de sal dejar hervir le agregamos la mezcla antes preparada le echamos un chorrito de vainilla revolvemos constantemente hasta que hierva, al tener listo nuestro atol vamos a proceder a servir en un bol de vidrio le vamos a esparcir la canela en polvo, las lluvias de chocolate y adornamos con los palos de canela.
