Hello Everyone 😄 Have good day!

Today my mate and me visited a cafe in my city where it is very famous for traditional food, various kinds of specialties from various regions in Indonesia. Here I ordered a special food from the Bandung area called Seblak, which is a traditional food whose spices mostly use kencur, onion, garlic and ginger as the kua and in it there are noodles, meatballs, crackers, mustard leaves, boiled eggs, macaroni and many more.

In addition, the Seblak sold at this cafe has a level of spiciness according to customer requests, here i ordered spicy level 5 and ordered orange juice. The taste of Seblak has a distinctive taste, which is savory and the taste of kencur attached to the tongue makes this food very delicious, plus if it is spicy it will make it more perfect.

Seblak has many variants as toppings, not only the ones i mentioned before, there are also Seblak Seafood menus, Seblak Korean Styles and many more. For the price of one portion of Seblak that i ordered, it was affordable, which was around Rp. 18,000 or about $1.5 USD only and the orange juice I ordered was Rp. 7,000 or about $0.5 USD. I am lucky to live in Indonesia because it has a lot of various culinary delights that can be enjoyed at affordable prices and very delicious taste
