Today i want to share my review trying the spicy noodle in my town called Mie Domble and this noodle is very popular in my town and i'm very excited to try mie domble with my friend and share review about this one to all you guys ๐
Mie Domble is very popular in my city because of delicious and spicy taste that characterizes of this food, so i was very interested to try with my friends and coincidentally the location of this restaurant is not far from where i work, so we decided to iftar and tasting this popular noodle.
This restaurant is always busy so it takes quite a while for our orders to arrive, i think because besides being delicious and spicy, the cheap price is also one of the factors that make Domble Noodles always crowded.
We ordered 2 packages of Mie Domble Meatballs and 1 Mie Domble Ceker and for the drinks we ordered 3 orange juices, for a package of Mie Domble Meatballs the price was around Rp. 20,000, 1 packcage of Mie Domble Ceker the price is Rp.25,000 and for one orange juice the price is Rp. 8,000. The total price of the order for the three of us was Rp. 89,000 which is equivalent to 6-7 Dollars.
After about 20 minutes of waiting, our order was finally delivered to the table, namely 2 packages of Mie Domble Meatballs and 3 Orange Juice, but we are still waiting for one more package, namely Mie Domble Ceker which is still in the process of being made.
Just by looking at it, i imagine how spicy this Domble Noodle is due to the thick red sauce due to chili, so it stimulates my adrenaline to immediately try this Domble Noodle.
Finally, after some time the Mie Domble Ceker ordered arrived, Mie Domble Ceker is also well-known as a best seller, no wonder the large and complete portion makes this one to be favorite menu.
The striking difference between Mie Domble Bakso and Mie Domble Ceker is the portion of Mie which is larger and garnishes like whole chilies on top, besides that one portion of Mie Domble contains flat noodles which are shaped like spaghetti noodles, beef meatballs, boiled chicken claws, wonton crackers. , garlic, scallions, cucumber slices, spinach leaves, pickles, and spicy chili sauce with boiled eggs.
The first time i tasted the soup from the noodles and it was spicy and savory, the taste of the scallions, pickles, chilies, and hard-boiled eggs blended very well in the first bite and the thick broth also made a spicy yet delicious taste.
I really enjoying and like the dumpling crackers which are very suitable to accompany the gravy and the tender beef meatballs make this food very tasty. For the level of spiciness of the domble noodles, we can order it, which is level 1-50. I can't imagine how spicy it is at level 50, while i ordered is level 5 and my two friends ordered level 10 which i think from this level is already spicy enough.
Me and my two friends really enjoyed tasting this Mie Domble and it's no wonder why Mie Domble has become a famous food in my city and is loved by everyone because of its delicious and spicy taste that makes us addicted to eating it besides that at a cheap price and a comfortable place is also suitable for us to visit with our friends, family or partner.

I forget to explain about the level that if we order spicy 1-10 is free but 11-50 we will charge Rp.1,000 for every level we add into Mie Domble ๐
