I do something similar for breakfast! I call it "Loaded" Scrambled eggs. What is great, is you can throw in so many different things, from mushrooms to cut-up sausage, to spring onions, red onions, spinach, or whatever takes your fancy!

With all the ingredients you mention I have prepared the eggs, even with chicken they are very delicious, besides being a protein and healthy breakfast.
