Your cheese muffin recipe is actually so Flipping similar to my cheese loaf recipe. I just add some spinach or peppers or even olives and feta or whatever and then it makes amaising bread for soup. You gotta be careful not to go to crazy with the filling though. Otherwise the bread doesn't rise. Imma try your recipe though!
