¡Hola amigos de Hive! Hoy les voy a enseñar como hacer Chicha de arroz criolla. Esta, es una receta típica de bebida venezolana, que guarda similitud con un batido. La chicha de arroz es muy refrescante, y si se le añade un poco de canela queda con un sabor realmente rico. ¡Manos a la obra!
Hello Hive friends! Today I am going to teach you how to make Creole rice chicha. This is a typical Venezuelan drink recipe, which is similar to a smoothie. The rice chicha is very refreshing, and if you add a little of cinnamon it has a really delicious flavor. Let's do it!
Ingredientes:
• 1 taza de leche
• 1 taza de arroz blanco
• Canela en polvo
• 1 litro y medio de agua
• 1 taza de azúcar
• 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla
• Leche Condensada (opcional)
Ingredients:
• 1 cup of milk
• 1 cup of white rice
• Cinnamon powder
• 1 and a half liters of water
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
• Condensed Milk (optional)
Paso 1
Lavamos con abundante agua el arroz; y lo colocamos en una olla con agua a fuego bajo, hasta que esté blando. Dejamos enfriar.
Step 1
We wash the rice with plenty of water; and we place it in a pot with water over low heat, until it is soft. Let it cold down.
Paso 2
Una vez frío, lo añadimos al vaso de la licuadora junto con la esencia de vainilla, el azúcar y la leche; licuamos hasta que todos los ingredientes estén integrados. Prueba y ajusta el punto de dulce. Coloca en la nevera hasta que esté bien fría.
Step 2
Once cold, we add it to the blender glass along with the vanilla essence, the sugar and the milk; we blend until all the ingredients are integrated. Taste and adjust the sweet spot. Place in the fridge until cool.
Paso 3
Servimos en un vaso con hielo. Añadimos un poco de canela en polvo por encima, y leche condensada.
Step 3
We serve in a glass with ice. We add cinnamon on top, and condensed milk.
