Hello Hive friends! Having a good recipe for hot chocolate is absolutely essential for me, since I always want to drink it. Each family gives it their special touch. Today I bring you a step by step on how to prepare a delicious hot chocolate. Let's get started!
Ingredientes:
2 tazas de leche
1/2 taza de cacao en polvo
1/2 cucharada de maizina
1/2 cucharadita de anís dulce
Ingredients:
2 cups of milk
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 spoon of cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon sweet anise
Paso 1
Colocamos en la licuadora 1 ½ taza de leche, el azúcar y el cacao en polvo. Licuamos, hasta integrar bien todo.
Step 1
Put 1 ½ cup of milk, sugar and cocoa powder in the blender. Blend until everything is well integrated.
Paso 2
Aparte, mezclamos la maizina y la ½ taza de leche restante, hasta que se haya disuelto completamente.
Step 2
Apart, mix the cornstarch and the remaining ½ cup of milk, until it has completely dissolved.
Paso 3
En una olla, colocamos la mezcla de cacao, el anís dulce y la mezcla de leche con maizina. Revolvemos constantemente, hasta que el chocolate tenga el espesor deseado.
Step 3
In a pot, place the cocoa mixture, the sweet anise and the milk mixture with cornstarch. We stir constantly, until the chocolate has the desired thickness.
Paso 4
Retira del fuego y cuela para retirar el anís. Sirve caliente.
Step 4
Remove from the heat and strain to remove the anise. Serve hot.
