Buen día amigos!!!

I hope you are well!!! Today I will share with you a very delicious and special recipe… a puff pastry basket stuffed with ham and cheese.

Espero que estén bien!!! Hoy compartiré con ustedes una receta Muy deliciosa y especial… una cesta de hojaldre rellena de jamón y queso.

You will need to:

Necesitarás:

• Puff pastry.
• Ham and cheese.
• Oil.

• Masa de hojaldre.
• Jamón y queso.
• Aceite.

First, we finely cut the ham and cheese.

Primero, cortamos finamente el jamón y el queso.

Then, we grease a tray and with a ball of puff pastry, we form a circular base.

Luego, engrasamos una bandeja y con una bolita de masa de hojaldre , formamos una base circular.

Next, with the dough, form a long cylinder and we border the circular base to form the basket.

Seguidamente, con la masa, forma nos un cilindro largo y bordeamos la base circular para formar la cesta.

Finally, we fill the puff pastry basket with finely chopped ham and cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 200C.

Finalmente, rellenamos la cesta de hojaldre con el jamón y queso finamente picado y llevamos al horno por 20 minutos a 200C.

After that time, we remove the spectacular basket, it is golden, crunchy and full of flavor... I hope you like it!!! Greetings

Al transcurrir ese tiempo, retiramos la espectacular cesta, es dorada, crujiente y llena de sabor… espero les guste!!! Saludos

Eso se ve muy rico y presentable! No he prestado atención donde venden masa de hojaldre en Cumaná! la verdad nunca había prestado atención! pero ahora que veo su receta super práctica, me gustaría tenerla para hacer pastelitos rellenos y bocadillos bonitos y ricos como éste!! 😋 Feliz Domingo!
