Oh my God, you've left me hungry and I had dinner less than an hour ago, hehe. I've never added chips to the meat in burgers, I usually add breadcrumbs, but I'm taking note about the chips for next time. I agree that extra magra ground meat is not so good for burgers. And I love burgers on ciabatta bread.
