Buenas tardes espero que estén muy bien, hoy quiero compartirles uno de mis platos favoritos, como diría, Nikola Tesla; "No creo que exista ninguna emoción que pueda atravesar el corazón humano como la que se siente en nuestro interior cuando vemos y luego comemos nuestra comida favorita". Bueno si te gusta las verduras te animo a que pruebes esta receta, sopa de hueso de res con maíz. Hey NO te olvides de dar gracias a Dios por lo que tienes y por lo que no también. Comencemos.

Recuerda que los ingredientes mencionados y utilizados son recomendado por mi, pero siempre puedes añadirle otras cosas como zanahoria, papas o calabacín.

En una olla grande se ponen a hervir las piezas de hueso de res junto con las de maíz en aproximadamente 2 litros de agua, por alrededor de 30 minutos.

Posteriormente se le agrega la verdura, perejil, apio España, el aliño previamente sofrito como, cebolla y cebollin picados en trocitos, ademas la sal y pimienta al gusto. cocinar por 30 minutos hasta que todo este completamente cocido. Recomiendo no ponerle ningún cubo de sabor concentrado, el propósito es, que la sopa se haga con ingredientes naturales y que el sabor provenga de ellos.

Pasado el tiempo de cocción estimado, apaga el fuego deja reposar por unos minutos y se vera así. Aunque si deseas un caldo mas concentrado, puedes dejarlo hervir un rato mas.
