Epale my people speak to CristhoferG, today I bring you the recipe and preparation of a delicious rice with meat and pork, step by step I will explain how to prepare it so that you can do it at home.
This recipe that I will show you today is very simple and with few ingredients, you can change it and add the variant you want. My grandmother made this rice a lot since it was her husband's favorite dish that is, my grandfather, in short she
Let's go at once with the ingredients you will need:
2 tazas de arroz.
500gr de Carne de res.
300gr de Cochino.
Aceite
1 cebolla mediana.
6-7 ajíes dulces.
Cebollín (la cantidad que deseen)
5 dientes de ajo.
Medio pimentón.
Y para sazonar sal, orégano, onoto molido o color y 1 Sazonador en este caso yo use cubito.
2 cups of rice.
500gr of beef.
300gr of Pork.
Oil
1 medium onion.
6-7 sweet peppers.
Chives (the amount you want)
5 cloves of garlic
Half paprika.
And to season salt, oregano, ground onoto or color and 1 Seasoning in this case I used an ice cube.
Once we have all the ingredients, we are going to chop the meat and pork into small strips, in this way:
Once our meat and pork have been minced, we are going to season it with salt, oregano, garlic and the color and leave it to marinate in the fridge.
Now we are going to chop the dressings that we will use, we are going to chop them as small as we can that they are more or less like this:
When we have chopped our dressings, we are going to find a pot to start cooking our meat and pork, to do so we put a little oil in the pot, let the oil heat 1 minute and add the meat, the pig and cover so that both are cook with their own juice.
When we see that both meats have released their liquids, it is time to add the dressings and stir for a few minutes.
It is important to stir so that both flavors are better integrated.
When our meats are well cooked, add the two cups of rice and stir.
The last step is to add the water to cook our rice, I used 2 cups of rice therefore add 4 cups of water which is the exact measure for our rice to cook.
At this point we are going to add a little more salt and add the seasoning, stir, cover and let cook over medium heat.
When the water is about to dry, we are going to put the flame low so that the rice does not burn down, we let it dry completely and turn off.
We wait about 10 minutes for the steam to finish drying the rice and serve.
It's that easy, simple and fast, we have our Rice with meat and pork ready.

I love that you have made an introduction to your post, it is always important to incorporate a story into our recipes, because it gives them emotion, meaning and makes them unforgettable. The step by step is very well explained, however it is good that you review, because there is a photo that I think cannot be appreciated, since its code must have been very close to the text or another photo. On the other hand, it is always good to open the focus of the camera a little more, so that readers and curators (such is my case as a curator) can appreciate a little more the environment of the preparation. ¡¡¡Yummy!!! este plato es lo que se le llama coloquialmente "un aguadito", y podría decirse que es la versión venezolana del rissotto. Me encantan que hayas hecho una introducción a tu post, siempre es importante incorporar una historia a nuestras recetas, pues les da emoción, sentido y las hace inolvidables. El paso a paso está muy bien explicado, sin embargo es bueno que revises, porque hay una foto que creo que no puede apreciarse, ya que su código debe haber quedado muy cerca del texto o de otra foto. Por otra parte, siempre es bueno abrir un poco más el foco de la cámara, para que lectores y curadores, (tal es mi caso como curadora) podamos apreciar un poco más el entorno de la preparación.
