Having a good meal in the beginning of the day keeps you full throughout. Today i thought of sharing the breakfast of mine which is made with the help of same ingredients (some what, a quantity might be different) every day but everyday in a different style. This is the Banana oatmeal breakfast. Since so long i used to have a bread toast or an egg toast it was too very yummy but i didn't felt full however Banana oatmeal is much better and essential as compared to that of the previous one.
