Easy one bowl banana bread recipe!

Here's an easy recipe you can make in less than ten minutes in one bowl.

Ingredients:

3 bananas (large)
1/3 cup butter or shortening or oil melted
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1/4 to 1 cup sugar (depending on how sweet you want) or brown sugar

1 tsp baking powder (or baking soda)
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Mix the first section of ingredients roughly in a bowl. Then add in the baking powder and flour. Walnuts can get mixed in or go on top. Mix roughly for 20 - 30 seconds, pour into a pan and bake for 45 - 55 minutes. 325 F for a toaster oven and 350 F for a regular size oven.

I used medium to small bananas for this recipe and it needed large ones. It was good but slightly less flavorful than I wanted. I only used 1/4 cup sugar and I may bump that up to 1/3 next time.
