Hello Hive foodies! How are you today? I hope you are all feeling good as I share with you today the no-bake graham cake recipe. I hope you can find time reading my new foodie blog.
Last January 27, 2025, the grade 9 advisers were assigned to prepare snacks for the 6th day novena to Señor Sto. Niño in our school. I told my co-grade 9 adviser that I have a new recipe in my mind and I want them to try it for the 6th day of the novena. She immediately agreed to it, and last Sunday, as our family went back to Tabogon town after our short trip to the city of Danao, I purchased the ingredients, which are the following:
No-bake graham cake ingredients:
6 packs crushed grahams
3 cans of angel kremdensada
80 grams of cheese
200 grams butter
What are the tools and equipment needed to prepare the no-bake graham cake?
Pan
Wooden ladle
Rubber scraper
Food containers
Can opener
Burner
Procedure:
1st step
Heat the pan.
2nd step
Pour the unchilled kremdensada into the pan and have it with medium to low heat. Stir the mixture to avoid burnt cream.
3rd step
When the cream soda boils, add the butter to melt it.
4th step
Add the crushed grahams and mix it well.
5th step
When you achieve the shiny texture of the mixture, transfer it to a pan.
6th step
Using a scraper, flatten the mixture into a rectangular container.
7th step
Grate the cheese for the toppings.
8th step
Serve while it's hot.
It's more delicious to eat it while it's hot. When I was done preparing the no-bake graham cake, I took a photo of it and sent it to our group chat and invited them to have some for the morning snacks. My co-teachers were excited to have a bite of the no-bake graham cake. They keep on asking me what the name of my finished product is. I told them that I will think of it first since it's my first time to prepare it. I then decided to have a simple name for my product, the no-bake graham cake.
I was glad that my co-teachers liked it, and it got me more inspired to prepare them foods in the future. Cooking is one of my hobbies that can make me forget the sadness and pain I felt. I hope one day I can enhance my skills to bring so much joy to my fellow foodies and to the people who love foods.
