Hello gastromonia lovers I continue my journey in the pleasure of good food, this time I visited the Beijing Restaurant and as always I will share this experience with you.
The Beijing Restaurant has 3 locations in Caracas and one of them is in the Centro Comercial Los Naranjos, it has a beautiful view on its outside tables overlooking the city of Caracas where highlights our beautiful and majestic Avila Mountain or Waraira Repano.
I was curious to know the internal part of the restaurant so we decided to sit in the internal part because I was struck by the details in the design of the decoration, it is a small but cozy space at the entrance you find these inverted lotus flowers that are illuminated with cold tomes ranging from lilac to blue.

The kitchen is open to the view, it has a glass window through which you can watch the preparation of the food if you wish. They take advantage of every space under the kitchen counter where the bottles of wine are located.personally I think the place is a little dark despite the large window I think it lacks a little more lighting, I understand that they try to create a more private atmosphere with quality lights but for this each table should have a lamp on it and it is not so.
It was time for lunch, we decided to order some classic dishes to evaluate their quality, for the starter we ordered fried shrimp and wakame wanton.

As main courses we ordered , rice with shrimp and pork, shrimp lo mein and chicken with honey and sesame, accompanied with parchita juice.
The rice was good, the shrimp was very fresh and very good size, the chicken was also a great choice, but the lo mein was not good, so it was not 100% satisfactory this visit.

At the end of the restaurant they have a bar for drink lovers with an extensive cocktail menu.
The service is excellent but the prices are somewhat high for the quality and quantity of the portions, maybe we will visit again but to eat sushi.

Hola amantes de la gastromonia continuo mi recorrido en el placer de la buena comida, esta vez visite el Beijing Restaurant y como siempre lo compartire esta experiencia con ustedes.
El Beijing Restaurant tiene 3 sedes en Caracas y uno de ellos esta en el Centro Comercial Los Naranjos, esto tiene una hermosa vista en sus mesas del exterior con vista al la Ciudad de Caracas donde resalta la nuestro hermoso y magestuso cerro el Avila o Waraira Repano.
Tenia curiosidad de conocer la parte interna del restaurant as´ que decidimos sentarnos en la parte interna ya que me llamo la atención sus detalles en el diseño de la decoración, es un espacio pequeño pero acogedor el la entrada te encuentrar con estas flores de loto invertidas que con iluminadas con tomos frios que van desde el lila hasta el azul .

La cocina esta a la vista esta tiene un vidrio por donde puedes curiosear la preparación de ,los alimentos si lo deseas. Ellos aprovechan cada espacio bajo el meson de la cocina están ubicadas las botellas de vino.En lo personal creo que el lugar es algo oscura a pesar del gran ventanal creo que hace falta un poco mas de iluminación , entiendo que tratan de crear un ambiente mas privado con las luces calidad pero para esto cada mesa debe de tener una lampara sobre ella y no es así.
LLegó el momento de la comida, nos decidimos por algo platos clasicos apara evaluar su calidad, para la entrada pedimos wanton frito de camarones y wakame

Como platos principal pedimos , arroz con camarones y cerdo, lo mein de camarones y pollo con miel y ajonjoli, acompañado de jugo de párchita.
El arroz estaba bueno, los camarones estaban muy frescos y de muy buen tamaño, el pollo tambien fue una gran elección , pero el lo mein no estaba bien, así que no fue 100% satifactoria esta visita.

Al final del restaurante tienen una barra para los amantes de las bebidas con un extenso menu de cocteles.
La atención es excelente pero los precios son algo elevados para la calidad y cantidad de las porciones, quizás lo visitemos de nuevo pero para comer sushi.
