Hello food lovers, Asian food is really attractive and today my post is dedicated to Sushi, because I love it, this time in Bonsai Sushi.
There are many Sushi places in Caracas, but this franchise called Bonsai Sushi has a nationwide presence and despite being a restaurant that has most of its locations in fast food fairs in shopping malls, has a great quality and variety in its menu, accompanied with a good price.
Bonsai Sushi has maintained its quality and price over time, I value this as a customer. In the case of Venezuela, inflation caused several restaurants to close their doors, others kept lowering their quality and while others struggled to survive without losing quality and Bonsai Sushi is one of them.
For starters we decided on Ebi Fuji which is crispy shrimp topped with fuji sauce along with Crab Croquettes with tartar sauce. We were so hungry that we didn't even have time to take a better picture of the crab croquettes, they were really delicious.

Served with noodles, sautéed with tenderloin pieces, shrimp and yarisoba salad.
I think what particularly made sushi triumph in Venezuela, innovation in the fusion with the country's own ingredients giving it a more attractive taste for us.
Like these delicacies called Alaska Special Rolle, these roles are filled with avocado salmon, cream cheese, avocado crab topping and fuji sauce.
We enjoyed these delicious sushi to the fullest.

Hola amantes de la gastronomía,la comida asiática es realmente atractiva y hoy mi post se lo dedico al Sushi, pues me encanta, esta vez en Bonsai Sushi.
Hay muchos lugares de Sushi en Caracas, pero esta franquicia llamada Bonsai Sushi tiene presencia a nivel nacional y a pesar de ser una restaurante que tiene la mayoría a de sus locales en ferias de comida rápida en centro comerciales, tiene una gran calidad y variedad en su menú, acompañado con un buen precio.
Bonsai Sushi a mantenido su calidad y precio en el tiempo, esto como cliente lo valoro. En el caso de Venezuela la inflación ocasiono que varios restaurantes cerraran sus puertas otros se mantuvieron bajando su calidad y mientras otros lucharon para sobrevivir sin perder calidad y Bonsai Sushi es uno de ellos.
De entrada nos decidimos por Ebi Fuji que son camarones crispy con tope de salsa fuji junto a Croquetas de Cangrejo con salsa tártara teníamos tanta hambre que no dio ni tiempo de tomar una mejor foto a las croquetas de cangrejo, estaba realmente deliciosas.

Acompañado con tallarines, salteado con trocitos de lomito, camarones y ensalada yarisoba
Creo que lo que hizo en particular que el sushi triunfará en Venezuela,innovación en las fusión con los ingredientes propios del país dándole un sabor más atractivo para nosotros.
Como estos delicia llamada Alaska Especial Rolle, estos roles están rellenos de aguacate salmón, queso crema, topping de aguacate cangrejo y salsa fuji.
Disfrutamos al máximo estos ricos sushi.
