A simple and easy but super tasty recipe for a potato

I am a big fan of a potato and just every food that is made from potato, but least favorite shape of potato is just boiled one. I am not a big fan. I’m not a big fan when you just sliced the potato and put it in the oven with a lot of oil and moist from a meat and I know people love that it’s like Everybody’s favorite potato, but I just don’t like it. I like it crispy so I wanted to make something that is well, it’s not boiled because it’s in the oven, but it doesn’t include that much of a oil/ frying or anything like that so these are some easy steps for delicious potato that I made.

But first, what do you need and yes, guess you need a potato😂:

  • potato
  • garlic, but fresh garlic, not seasoned garlic
  • cheese but not regular cheese. It’s like creamy cheese.
  • Bacon or something like that
  • yogurt
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • onion but not regular onion. It’s like young onion with like a green stuff.
  • Step number one is buy a potato. I did not use a white potato but purple potato I don’t know how to say it in English and wash it really good.. why? Because you’re gonna eat all of that, you can leave behind that thingy around the mass, oh my God my English is so bad right now, but I wash it and rub it with my hands so then you put it in the oven on 200° so it’s really OK to eat it so yes, wash a potato

put it on paper for oven, once again my dictionary today is high maintenance. You put it on that paper thing and put a little bit of oil salt and pepper and you don’t slice it. Nothing put it just like that and I maxed it up with 230°C, so it’s maxed and it was there for about an hour.

  • so when one hour passes by you sliced them in half or maybe 65/35 relation because you’re gonna use outside of the potato as a little basket, why? Because that potato that was cooked boiled whatever we are going to make it a creamy saucy potato from it.

  • on the other side when you grab a spoon and just take all the potato from the basket of the potato, you mix it up and you can do whatever you want so like that creamy potato that we make that I once again can’t remember how to say it in English but it’s made with milk and butter…whell I didn’t want to make it like that. I wanted a little bit of healthier version, especially because it was one hour in the oven you can literally with fork just tap it and there will be no clamps. I did use yogurt and I did use that some Serbian thing and it’s made from milk as a cheese but it’s like a creamy cheese I don’t know how to say it and I mix it all up, made it creamy thing and I did put onion, garlic salt pepper, and put it back in the potato basket.

  • once everything is done, you use a bacon… put it on the top with a little bit more greens from the onion and just put it back in the oven for a little bit of heating and this is about it. You can eat it by itself. I think it’s really good to eat with some red meat. You can do whatever you want. I did put a little bit of yogurt on that because I wanted that cold contrast of a salty potato
