Hola!
I wanted some quite healthy the other day and decide to make this, which is fairly easy.
Normally I cut up a lot of veggies, so I have them throughout the weeks which is so easy and amazing! I am just storing it the fridge without a problem! :D
So Raw Veggies on the bottom, then you add in the Frozen "cooked" veggies a bit of Rice and a fried tofu with a bit of dressing and you have an amazing dinner! :D
