Hello @koto-art, that dish looks very good and the way you show it, the preparation seems simple.
I have never eaten that combination of meat and egg. However, here in my country, Venezuela, there is a dish called "Horse Steak" that consists of roasting the meat and placing a fried egg on top.

No he comido nunca esa combinación de carne con huevo. Sin embargo acá en mi país, Venezuela, existe un plato llamado "Bistec a caballo" que consiste en asar la carne y colocarle encima un huevo frito.

Thank you for your comment! We sometimes eat horse meat in Japan as well. Horse steak with fried egg sounds nice! I don’t have a chance to eat Venezuelan food much but it sounds delicious:)
